Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly plan: WorkBuddy does not offer refunds for the monthly plan after the paid billing cycle starts. The 7-day free trial, when offered, is the evaluation period before payment.

Annual plan: You may cancel an annual subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid annual term. Annual charges are not refunded or prorated after the paid term starts, except where required by applicable law or approved under the billing-error process below.

Cancel during trial: If you cancel before an applicable free trial ends, you are not charged.

Cancel after payment: You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period, but the charge is not refunded or prorated.

Billing errors: If you believe there was a duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrect charge, email ashish@konzult.in from your registered email with subject Billing Review — [Org Name]. We review billing errors within 5 business days.

Digital delivery: WorkBuddy is a digital software service; no physical goods are shipped. Paid access is normally activated electronically after successful payment confirmation. If paid access is not activated, contact us so we can investigate and restore access or take the appropriate corrective action.

Payment provider: Where checkout is provided by a third-party merchant of record, that provider may process the refund and may apply mandatory consumer-protection or payment-network requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
