Prorated refunds: After the 7-day window, refunds are prorated based on unused days in the billing cycle. Example: if you cancel 15 days into a 30-day monthly subscription, you receive 50% back.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in your WorkBuddy dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings → My Org → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

Your account remains active on the paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription ends and the account becomes inactive — you have 30 days to export your data. No data is deleted during that window.

What Happens After Cancellation
