Is it really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited voice notes, card scans, and company research. We apply generous fair-use limits only to stop automated abuse — no normal user will ever reach them.
Is there a discount to try it?
Yes — your first month on the Individual plan is ₹199 (then ₹499/month). That's about 60% off the first month for new users on the monthly plan. You can also start with a free 7-day trial before paying anything.
What is the difference between Individual and Teams?
Both are unlimited. Individual is for solo field professionals working on their own. Teams (₹999/mo) adds the full team layer: managers see all RM activity live, receive a daily AI digest at 9am, get per-RM coaching signals, are alerted to stale deals and missed follow-ups, and get the Zonal / Business Head view.
Does WorkBuddy work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. WorkBuddy runs as a native mobile app (iOS and Android) and as a full web app on desktop. Your data syncs across both. Field RMs typically use the mobile app; managers and business heads often prefer the desktop view for dashboards and reports.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Export all contacts, call reports, and deal history to Excel or CSV at any time — before or after cancellation. You have a 30-day window after cancelling to export everything before your account closes. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade immediately — the new plan takes effect right away. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan until then. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable pro-rata.
